### Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at PSA HUNT. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

**Shipment Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
We ship worldwide from Japan. All orders are shipped via premium couriers (DHL or FedEx) with full tracking services to ensure your high-value items arrive safely. 
* **Delivery Estimate:** Approximately 3-7 business days after shipment (delays may occur depending on customs clearance in your country).
* **Shipping Costs:** Calculated and displayed at checkout.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)**
PSA HUNT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.). Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

**Damages during Transit**
All items are packed securely in protective packaging to prevent damage to the PSA slabs. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at psa10japanese+tokyo@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can assist you with the insurance claim.
